1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using VleraGarden, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
2. Description of the service
VleraGarden provides garden planning, plant care, weather, journal, harvest, AI-assisted, export, and sharing tools. Features may change as the product develops.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid features are billed in advance on the monthly or yearly period shown at purchase. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Price changes will be communicated before they apply.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant VleraGarden the limited rights needed to store, process, display, and back up that content so we can provide the service.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, circumvent limits or security controls, impersonate others, or abuse automated access.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available. Gardening, weather, identification, and diagnosis information may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be the sole basis for safety-critical decisions. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Termination and changes
You may delete your account from settings. We may suspend access for violations or security risks. We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes when required.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Tirana, Albania, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
