Terms of service

Please read these terms before using VleraGarden. By accessing the service, you agree to these terms.

VleraGarden is operated by PixelCode LLC. By creating an account, accessing, or using VleraGarden, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old. Users aged 13–15 need authorization from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian must contact support@pixelcodellc.com before the child creates an account or uses features that require consent. Buying a subscription also requires the legal capacity or authorization required by applicable law.

VleraGarden provides garden planning, plant care, weather, journal, harvest, AI-assisted, export, and sharing tools. Features may change as the product develops.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically on the monthly or yearly cycle shown at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. The price, currency and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Cancel using the management link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle buyer support. Cancellation normally preserves access until the paid period ends; a refund may end access sooner. Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for purchases through Paddle and handles payments and approved refunds. Our refund policy and Paddle’s buyer terms apply. Price changes will be communicated before they apply.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant VleraGarden the limited rights needed to store, process, display, and back up that content so we can provide the service.

Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, circumvent limits or security controls, impersonate others, or abuse automated access.

The service is provided as available. Gardening, weather, identification, and diagnosis information may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be the sole basis for safety-critical decisions. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may request account deletion through the available settings flow or our account-deletion page. Deletion is fulfilled after verification and does not itself cancel subscription billing. We may suspend access for violations or security risks. We may update these terms and provide notice of material changes when required.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Kosovo, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Paddle purchases are also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.

Paid plans include the AI allowance shown on the pricing page. The assistant, web searches, plant and seed-packet drafting, identification and visual health assessments share it. Usage varies by request and renews monthly; unused included usage does not roll over. Extra AI packs are not sold. AI suggestions can be wrong: review them before acting, and do not rely on photo analysis to establish edibility or a definitive diagnosis.
